Went to the Sawdust Festival the other day at Laguna Beach. My feet got extremly dirty afterwards. It was a nice place filled with a lot of interesting art works. There were ceramics, glass, painting and even a lady making sculptures using silverware. Beer were $4.00! I did a leaf print. I like it, need to figure out how I can incorporate it into the classroom.
Walked over to the beach after. It was nice and small. Wanted to go and jump in. VERY CONGESTED!!! I mean lots and lots of cars trying to get around in the street. Would I want to live there... nope. Note to self. Once you get there, park at the Art College, the very first parking lot. It was only $7. Then you hop on the free trolley to downtown and you are a few feet away from the beach. Better than dealing with the traffic. Plus parking gets more expensive, the closer you get to the beach.
