I was not able to take Tool School class... :-( But had to make money first. So nothing there......
Took a Theresa Collins class on the stamp machine. I think it is a really neat tool that will make really great detailed stamps... but will I use it enough for the cost... probably not. One of the design team member took a stamped image of her baby's feet, shrunk it, and made a stamp with it. Was such a cute idea!
Then I went to the Innovation show case of all things that is new at CHA. One company had a hot glue gun that runs off of USB port.
This is Prima's idea. The letters snaps onto a base and you can stamp letters evenly. A sample of the letter spacing. It's a good tool for those who are anal (that's me...sometimes....) the spacing is way tooo wide for me. Especially if I want to stamp on a small space.
Took a class where we made a journal using a new die for Spellbinders and wrapping wires. We used this tool here we twist wires tightly until it popped off.
And here is the tightly twisted wire. I also learned wire wrapping...
